This inhabitant of Adolla was the doppelgänger of Shinra Kusakabe.
Appearance[]
Shinra's doppelgänger has never been seen with a body of his own, only possessing Shinras body. He did take a few liberties on changing Shinras appearance to fit his style; dyeing his hair white and wearing it in an upward flame-like style, getting his ears pierced and wearing a pair of small stud earrings, and getting tattoos, a Devil tattoo on his shoulder and flame tattoos on his ankles.
Personality[]
As a doppelgänger, the nature of his personality is entirely dependent on how other people view the real Shinra. Since people erroneously believe that Shinra is a cruel and villainous devil, his doppelgänger is as cruel and villainous as people believe him to be. Due to a rumor that Shinra got flame tattoos on his ankles to celebrate killing his family, Shinras doppelgänger got those exact tattoos in that exact place.

While the real Shinra was unconscious for three months following his vision of the pre-cataclysm world, his doppelgänger encroached and took over his body. For three months, Shinra's doppelgänger lived Shinra's life and worked as a member of the Special Fire Force. However, the doppelgänger made no effort to act like the real Shinra. In fact, he did things that the real Shinra wound never consider doing and didn't care how the real Shinra might react when he woke up. He dyed his hair white and began wearing it in an upward flame-like style, got his ears pierced and wore a pair of small stud earrings, and he even got Devil themed tattoos. When he thought Iris was being annoying, he struck her to shut her up, leading to Company 8 restraining him.
