Chris And Kate is an Ignition Ability used by Stream.
Usage
Stream forms fire tornadoes around his legs and manipulates the air currents they produce to move at superhuman speeds. While this technique appears similar in principal to Anna and Erica, it isn't used to deal damage to opponents, instead mainly serving to enhance Stream's mobility.
While using this technique, Stream is able to move fast enough to take most of Company 8 by surprise.
