Accelerate (加速, Kasoku) is a Second Generation attack, used by Takehisa Hinawa.
Usage[]
After enhancing the speed of a bullet, Takehisa creates small pellets inside said bullet, which break the outer shell apart and hit the opponent in rapid succession.
